Business Analyst - Entry Level

Remote / Full Time

Anthroware is seeking an Entry Level Business Analyst with a passion for organization, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. This individual will actively contribute to organizational projects and work closely with a project manager to document key business processes.


  • Understand customer business processes and related problems
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements
  • Organize and meet with internal teams to review and identify missing, unclear, or conflicting business requirements
  • Participate in and occasionally leading requirements review and test planning
  • Assist the project manager in facilitating the design, development, and testing of product releases
  • Assist the project manager with project planning, scheduling, and task breakdown
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Provide consistent feedback of project status to Project Manager
  • May be required to develop functional specifications as well as business specifications
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

The Business Analyst role is vital to the success of client engagements. Depending on the project, the BA may function as a project coordinator, tester, or as a team member under the leadership of a project manager. The BA willhelp estimate projects, write documentation for design aspects of projects, and manage certain aspects of projects. We value creativity and conceptual thinking and are looking for someone that can riff well with our team. Lastly, the BA is expected to learn about the technology aspect of Anthroware so that we can best serve the clients in our target markets. This may include additional personal learning to become familiar with Anthroware’s software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS model and pricing (as many of our clients are looking at SaaS solutions), and other technology industry specific topics. The BA will need to have the capacity to become well versed in client subject matter and business models very quickly.
